- Remote troubleshooting and consulting using secure remote control applications
- Network cable installation, network jack installation, network closet installation

Fees for Small Office/Home Office Customers
Up to five computers (including servers and any computers use) supported in any commercial use.
- Hourly fee is $60.00 for the first hour (minimum of one hour).
- Each hour thereafter is $60.00.
- Half hour fee is $30.00.
- Extended phone support (any phone calls requiring troubleshooting over 10 minutes) will be billed at 15 minutes increments at $15.00.
- Remote support (using tools such as but not limited to Remote Desktop, VNC, TeamViewer, and LogMeIn) will be billed at 30 minute increments at $25.00.
Ask about any other problem or request that you want to have completed.
Note: There may be a travel mileage charge depending on your location. Please see details below.
Fees for Business Customers
From six to as many computers supported on or off-site. Servers, LAN and WAN networking, and consulting offered.
- Hourly fee is $70.00 for the first hour (minimum of one hour).
- Each hour thereafter is $70.00.
- Half hour fee is $35.00.
- Extended phone support (any phone calls requiring troubleshooting over 10 minutes) will be billed at 15 minutes increments at $18.00.
- Remote support (using tools such as but not limited to Remote Desktop, VNC, TeamViewer, and LogMeIn) will be billed at 30 minute increments at $30.00.
Ask about any other problem or request you want to have completed.

Legacy Fees for Home Customers
Up to five computers supported in a non-commercial use.
Hourly fee is $50.00 for the first hour (minimum of one hour).
Each hour thereafter is $50.00.
Half hour fee is $25.00.

Dust Removal Service
Dust buildup inside a computer case over time can lead the computer components to run hot due to lack of airflow and reduce the overall life expectancy of the computer.
Failure of hard drives, processors, fans, and other components inside the case of a computer can often be attributed to dust buildup.
I recommend that computers in a dusty workspace, such as a workshop or any workspace where there are airborne particulates, have the Dust Removal Service performed every three months.
All other computers in an office environment should have the Dust Removal Service performed every six months.

Payments are due upon services rendered for all residential customers. SoHo and Business customers, full payment is required within 30 days of receiving invoice.
Payment forms accepted are cash, personal or business check, cashier's check, or US Postal Service money order.
Credit card payments can be made through PayPal.

Note: Fees are subject to be changed at any time. A fee schedule will need to be signed by the customer prior to any work perfomed.
There is a $20.00 returned check fee for any check that fails to clear.
There is no mileage fee if the business or home office is located in Augusta, Belgrade, Oakland, Rome, Waterville, Fairfield, Winslow, or Vassalboro. For any other town or city not listed, there is a $0.50 per mile, roundtrip, from our office in Oakland to your location.
For most efficient servicing, please make sure all documentation, installation media, and hardware are available at time of servicing.
